I can't believe that DU members are doing posts on Scott Peterson.
Are you people brain dead?

Yes, the death penalty sucks. However, at this moment in history, we're looking at the potential death penalty of democracy in this country, the deaths of more than 1200 American service people, and countless Iraqis.

Who gives a shit about this "news" creation of FOX, CNN, MSNBC and the other TV whores? If you want to talk about this shit, call FOX.

And I sure as hell hope that no one on DU is stupid enough to post any responses to this posting.

You may not think so, but there were interesting legal issues raised in this case. Apparently they are not permitted to be discussed or considered by the intelligencia here.
