Formula for a failed nation: (NDS + NWS) x 10+ = misery index

(numbers of dead soldiers + numbers of wounded soldiers) multiplied by at least 10 (where "10" is the number of immediate and extended family members affected for life by the dead or wounded soldiers including the wounded soldier).

This is the true misery index of the US for the next 40 years.

So we are approximately at this index: (1310 + 9300) x 10 = 106,100.

When we reach and index of 200,000 maybe the red states will wake up?

2. You're lowballing the # of wounded

It should be between 25,000 and 30,000. That is not taking into account the number of active military removed for mental reasons, so, your index should reflect a higher number.

They'll continue to make the hard sacrifices while their SS disappears, medicare dries up, and Bush has commissioned his third yacht. He's already got one, thanks to the latest spending bill.
