Oh he knew. He deliberately stuck it in there to add fuel to the fire on his WMD claims. George put emphasis on that false statement to create a sense that Iraq was an imminent threat to the U.S. and the world, by forcing beliefs on people that this was a "smoking gun" Iraq was actively rushing towards producing a nuclear weapon. A simple scare tactic from Bush and his fellow cowards in the administration to provoke people to support his war. It's sad, but true -- and history will prove the lies and deception of this Bush administration on claims of "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq.
W has been nothing but a privileged brat. The problem is that his puppet handlers misread the American pubblic. Most of us are mad as hell that he chose to lie to us about WMD's. And committed our young kids to die based on his lies.
6. Begs the question of why * needs the CIA at all
Since God knows everything, He could just give * all the intelligence info he needs. That's why * is perfectly justified in pressuring intelligence agencies to slant and/or concoct info to confirm what he already believes - God already gave him the real intelligence.
