good news about my neice who is graduating from West Point . . .

good news about my neice who is graduating from West Point . . .
in May . . . I've been worried sick that she'd be shipped off to Iraq right after her graduation, but that's not going to happen . . . I spoke with my sister (her mother) yesterday, and apparently my neice's major at the Academy has been civil engineering, and they've decided to station her at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri for further training . . . doesn't mean she'll never get sent overseas, of course, but for the immediate future she'll be stateside . . . sighs of relief throughout the family this Christmas . . .
