8. Futility...
He never should have conceded in the first place. If he was going to unconcede, he should have done it before the electoral college votes. If he is going to unconcede, he'd better do it before Jan 6th.

Otherwise, it'll just be a punchline to the disasterous joke of the Kerry campaign.
