Or is that just a fluke of true irony?

Because the resemblance is stunning.

It's not a coincidence that he has come to look like our stereotypical image of an evil, greedy, grasping oligarch.

I mean, he was handsome as a young man, at least when he smiled. Then his close-set little eyes weren't so noticeable.

But now he's downright repellent: the hooked nose, the thin, down-turned mouth--he's getting a face to match his pinched, evil little soul, and only a hardcore wingnut could possible find him attractive these days.

I think most of them figure George was nuts for not taking the job Potter offered.
