Had one of the best Christmas Holidays ever...

Hope everyone had a great Holiday.

My hubby and I decided to spend our Christmas Holiday away from family, neighbors and friends. We wanted to get away from the pressures and hypocrisies that come with the holidays.

We went on a beautiful ski trip. We're not good at skiing and we did fall many times, but we had a great time. We stayed in a small cabin, clean, comfortable and nice fireplace. The Lodge had a nice dinner and live music. We went to a small old log cabin church for mid-night mass. My hubby and I found so much to talk about, all about us. We laughed, sang old songs, and had a snowball fight. We found each other and found a new way to celebrate the Holidays for ever.

It sounds like you had a wonderful time. Some good R&R does one good.

However, I'd go for the beach instead.
