22. You know, I think that IS an icicle after all
It's growing very slowly, but not moving like something falling. I think I see a tiny drop of water start to come off the bottom, too.

24. Yeah
There's those sparkly artifacts, too. And the smaller projection doesn't look like the farther part of an arc -- it's growing for one thing, and it's doing it in front of the mountain instead of from within the caldera.

Thanks for the tip-off!
I can't help thinking Mother Earth intends to "get over" humanity like a bad cold and just shake us off.

Did it start on its own?

Or did mankind sneeze when drilling for more oil?

28. Intelligent design, perhaps?
Pollution, over-population, reckless exploitation of resources...might be time for the earth to smack this race out like a skeeter.
That Boston fern in my living room might just be the source of oil for the next iteration of intelligent life here millions of years from now.
Maybe I'll take it out of the pot and toss it out back to give it a headstart.
Someone should point out to the fundies they might cheat themselves out of their "Rapture Moment" if they let their leaders destroy the human race before God wants to yank the plug. :7

17. Well, it hasn't moved, but the timestamp updated
So that is certainly possible unless gravity has been suspended near the volcano.

20. Wow, tx, me here near St Helens + tsunami warning county
this stuff is sure making me nervous some...we live in a county well marked with tsunami warning signs, tells us where to get to higher ground..although I've never felt like higher ground would keep us safe if it was a real tsunami like the one just a few days ago.

Just this morning, was saying, well with tsunami, earthquakes around the planet, guess Miss Helens will be busy today. I wasn't wrong it seems.
