This was the email I sent to CNN early yesterday before the figure of aid from the US was raised by another measly US $ 20 million.

Dear CNN,

Does this not show the priorities of the US:

a. Amount o be spent on the inauguration of President Bush = US $ 40 million
b. Amount being spent on killing in Iraq = US $ 6 million PER HOUR
c. Allocation for relief of this Tsunami disaster by US = US $ 15 million

Hope you see why no one accepts the US as a world leader in anything!!

but when I sent my rant to TIME about the Person (Moron) of the Year, I got the reply which equated Bush with EVIL DOERS, Hitler and Khomeni!! It was truly amazing to have that admission from the Editor of TIME.

My kids and their husbands were shocked when they saw this written admission by TIME, as my daughter who had flown in from the UK had bought a copy of the TIME for in-flight reading!!

i just about busted a gut when he said that, i will never forget when my dad had a huge fit and screamed while looking up at the *heavens" shaking his fist and saying he wished there was a god, he would jerk him out of the sky by his long white beard and beat his head in...my Aunt Maude, was VERY religious and visiting from North Carolina and she was just a praying and explaining to me in between her prayers how my daddy didn't mean what he said....i guess she was trying to save us from the wrath of an easily angered god :)
