Michael Savage - Chickenhawk
A conservative friend of mine said that he listens to AM Radio (yuck !!!!!!) and really likes Michael Savage and agrees with a lot of what he has to say (more yuck !!!).

I NEVER heard of Michael Savage but the first thing I told my friend was "He's ultra-conservative and a 150% American Patriot ? You know what that means? He never served a day in the military !!!"

I was just speaking off the top of my head but just as sure as John Wayne is a Sunshine Patriot Summer Soldier, it seems as if Mr Savage never served a f**king day in the military either. Savage was born in 1942 and therefore was eligible for the draft (19 years of age) in 1961. I know (or at least it says) that he has a shitload of education. Did that keep him kneedeep in deferments from cradle to grave? OR did he have an insurmountable physical disability (you know like Rush Limbaugh or that poor Jack Kemp who still somehow manged to struggle through his limitations and play Pro Football for the Buffalo Bills ???). This is just getting too frigging disgusting for words !!!!!!! All these right-wing loud-mouths that turn yellow chicken shit when they have to put THEIR life on the line !!!
So, basically, I would love to hear ANYTHING about Mr Savage's reasons for NOT going in the military.

3. Savage is an entertainer
who has a locked-in fringe adoring subservient element. They are a part of the dependent group of Americans who "thank" him for being there. Much like O'Reilly fans who "thank" him for standing up for them. They also worship Bush as their savior-in-chief.

4. Our rulers think military service is for the working class.
If indeed they have to serve they feel entitled to jump ahead of hundreds of little people to get into "champagne units."

They are cowards and will always run when confronted with danger.

They rise to power only because of money and propaganda. They have no more courage or strong character than the effete monarchs of history.

War is good for profits for the multinational corporations.

The neocons pay a lot for constant propaganda in the mass media, but it pays off for them in war profits. Paid propagandists like Savage and Limbaugh represent the character of the neocons - COWARDS!

INFANTRY VET.

5. I've noticed that also
the right-wingers all say that only the right-wing has the guts to defend America, but it's the right-wing who ran away the hardest and the most fast when the military was in need. Some live in a dream world.

8. His voice gags me
He always sounds like he didn't quite finish dinner, or like some hairy belch is about to issue forth from his ample gut.

And I'd pin him as a high school dropout if his vocabulary and sentence structure and mindset were my cues to judge.

Savage is just a hate-filled, angry rager. One day, all that hatred will turn around and kick his nasty ass.

9. Nah, he's just an entertainer
playing to the right-wingers and raking in the bucks. He's figured out a way to suck them in and he's doing so.

11. a woman I know is
always quoting him-she thinks he is a genius.

I don't even speak to her anymore. If she listens to this clown then I have nothing to say to her EVER.

i am tired of these wingnuts. Where did they all come from? I used to be surrounded by people who had progressive values just like me.

Now, I end up arguing with WOMEN who are against a woman having the right to choose. This country is going downhill. People are getting evil. Or maybe they have been replaced by aliens or something.

WE NEED TO GET OUR COUNTRY BACK!!!

Edited on Fri Dec-31-04 03:34 PM by Kingshakabobo
Had a bad knee-4f. Although, he remained an avid jogger.

"Newt Gingrich: did not serve." - Now he says he feels like he "missed out".
