is rather prophetic, don't ya think? he's just lookin for a way to piss off iran (which, btw, is no longer ruled by the old guard "geriatrics" but is now ruled by a new theocracy, which is looking forward to economic growth and openness with the world ...and bush has been basically pissing on their face...we could have peace with iran, instead of a war!)

sorry, it just irks me to see this goodwill CONTINUE to be displayed, and to see bush throw it all away for the sake of power and money...

Tahnk you so much for takingthe time to do these wonderful compilations. While there is often stuff to cry about there is also some hilarity too.

I will tell you that I cannot bear to look at pics during the "Look back" segments on TV. The pics of the terrorism in that Russina school always call to mind that toon you posted of the woman representing "Mother Russia" holding the dead child "terrorism". Every time I recall that image I tear up.

Again, thanks for all the toons, those that made me laugh AND cry. You are a gem!

I always look for the Toons. If they reflect our situation and our situation happens to be grief and despair, so be it.......... the human spirit will persevere. However, I cannot predict when that will happen :(

One, nostamj. You are always here for us. Now THAT is something to smile about. Thanks for posting the toons for us. I so appreciate it and I'm sure everyone else does as well.

Two, the thought of Rummy's face if he sees that cartoon.

Three, the political cartoonists themselves. At least we have these people out there willing to tell the truth. Thank goodness.

a truly truly sucky year. It didn't just suck, it suckity suck sucked.

Unfortunately, I don't hold much hope for 2005, either. I do hope I won't be looking back on a 2005 that was WORSE than 2004, though!
