He destroyed any semblance of help for the poor in Texas and his fiscal inadequacies have ruined our schools and made the burden on the property owners onerous. He has no redeeming qualities. You are right, feelings like these can only get us so far unless we use them to fuel us into making a difference. But to deny that we are angry and full of rage to me means we are just rolling over and playing dead.

I know exactly how enraged I am! And I do think we can and should use this anger. Without it we are dead, no doubt about that.

My feeling is that "they" (right wing wackos) are just salivating at the idea of getting us to respond emotionally and to get into fights with them. Drag us down to their level. Get us all into a snarl, and keep us distracted from the real issues. Fear and anger is their only weapon. If my weapon is intellegent response, so be it. It's driven by deeper emotion than they will ever understand.
