Has anyone here seen or heard Armstrong Williams talk about

Bush's "No Child Left Behind" prior to this week?

If so, can you file a lawsuit against Armstrong Williams that you were tricked into supporting NCLB by illegal government propaganda?

Bernie of course was telling Williams he was full of shit and Bush water carrier and Williams told bernie he was lefty socialist. Bernie is always correct.

3. Can you claim an injury that you were confused after

listening to the broadcast, in filing a lawsuit against Armstrong Williams?

I'd like for use to fight Bush propaganda in civil courts, since I'm not expecting criminal prosecution.

6. How about claiming that you're suffering from anger now,

because you assumed that Armstrong Willimas wasn't on the take at the time of the broadcast, and now you know he was.

Your anger could be a psychological injury worth $1 of damages and a judicial relief that Armstrong Williams be ordered to return the $240,000 to the Education Dept.
