2. His new signal sounds MUCH better.
Should make for better-sounding archives.

5. Yes, normally I have to turn the sound up but this time the sound
is fine.

Peter sounds like a like a little boy with a new toy discovering all the different doodads in the new studio.

Hmmm. So far no right wingers have called.

4. Argh! Stupid web designers
Just tried to access the stream using Konqueror (KDE browser in Linux) and got this Javascript message:
Sorry, Windows Media Player is supported on Windows operating systems only.

So I tried it in Firefox and got a message that only Internet Explorer and Netscape are supported. Idiots.

Of course, I can use the UserAgent Switcher extension in Firefox to make their stupid javascript think I'm using IE but at this point I think I'll just wait for Ben over at whiterosesociety.org to archive it.

10. Sorry I didn't see this in time to be of immediate help.
http://www/radiopower.org/ repeats Peter's broadcast live and is a Linux compatible MP3 stream.

I should have known Shelly makes Peter available. I use RadioPower to catch Thom Hartmann live when I'm working at home (so much more informative than Al Franken).

You and Shelly are awesome!

7. What is this about troops training in US cities?
This is the first I've heard of it. I agree with the caller, it makes one curious about the reason for the drill.

9. The Working Poor discussion was interesting
The people not showing up for work excuse of feeling they are not important enough to matter or even be noticed as missing. This is so sad.
