A new proposal from Rumsfool the Magnificent.

Alarmed by the mounting costs of his cakewalk in Iraq, Rumsfool has put forward a proposal that will "only" cost the Treasury 200 billion dollars a year starting in 2008,of course after the tax cuts for people like him and Cheney are made permanent.Here are the essential features of his proposal:

1.All wars from now on will be fought by Chinese and Indians who will be happy to have jobs at $2 per day.
2.They will bring their own food to the war theater.Water will be made available to them at $0.50 per bottle by the Cheney bottling company.
3.If they need uniforms, Rumsfool's subsidiary will provide them,at a cost, of course.The financing will come from Bush's Carlyle Group.
4.China will get a contract for ammunition and equipment and India will get all the software contracts. Those contracts will be processed through halliburton and Rumsfool's newly established contracting company.
5.Rumsfool and Cheney will decide which wars will require Indians and which will require Chinese.

Asked why the cost for the Treasury is still projected to be so high,Rumsfool said:"do you think the VP of the U.S. and the greatest Defense Secretary of them all, come cheap?"
