2. I agree with the court

In some other state, there was a to-do about this as well, and the state was smart, and it renamed the section of highway their Klan cleaned to the "Rosa Parks Memorial Highway" or something like that (not sure if it can be memorial if the lady isn't dead yet).

So rename the highway they're working to Rosa Parks, MLK Jr., Cesar Chavez, etc.

That stretch of highway will probably be dirty for a year (or however long you adopt a highway), but then it can be taken over by a group who doesn't wear bedsheets.

3. That was Missouri...

We are filled with smartasses there, when the court ruled against the state, they renamed that section of Highway.
