tissue above his eyes; tightened it up somehow.

Compare it to yesterday's ? photo where the only
part of the eyelids you could see was right by
the tear ducts.

Either all of the tissue will continue to droop
to a greater degree or at first opportunity, they
will do some plastic surgery.
