Boston Terra update: FBI now seeking 10 more suspects
WASHINGTON - The FBI on Thursday added the names of nine Chinese people and one other man to the list of those being sought for questioning about a possible terror plot targeting Boston....

The tipster claimed the four Chinese — two men and two women — entered the United States from Mexico and were awaiting a shipment of "nuclear oxide" that would follow them to Boston.

The official said the nuclear oxide could be a reference to material used to make a "dirty bomb" that would spew radiation over a wide area.

The four Chinese previously named by the FBI were identified as Zengrong Lin, Wen Quin Zheng, Xiujin Chen and Guozhi Lin. Authorities said none of the names had appeared on previous watch lists of terror suspects. The bureau also released pictures of those four but not of the others being sought.

One woman was among the nine new Chinese names added: Yu Xian Weng, a woman either 40 or 41 years old. The others were all men: Quinquan or Quiquan Lin, 21; Liqiang Liang, 28; Min Xiu Xie, 27; Xiang or Xing Wei Liu, 22; Mei Xia Dong, 21; Xiuming Chen; Cheng Yin Liu; and Zao Yun Wang.

The final name on the new FBI list was Jose Ernesto Beltran Quinones, of unknown age or national origin.

3. How we doing on that Anthrax investigation?

I guess the Chinese are pissed that Kerry got screwed, so they're going to do in Boston, right? Kind of curious why the Chinese would select Boston, as opposed to Houston to explode their dirty bomb. I mean, they enter from Mexico and go right by Houston, the oil capital of America, home of the PNAC plan..... to take out the Baked Bean Capital?

You know we're all being played again on this, right? I don't doubt that a dirty bomb could be exploded in Boston, but I suspect there's a much bigger geopolitical reason why some Chinese kids are being pre-fingered as the perps. And do it in the city of the Democratic Presidential Challenger. A two-fer. Yeah, right.

If we had an investigative media, maybe we'd learn a lot more about these alledged terrorists. The pics I saw look like some kids who probably live in Gounzhou and posted their pics on "Sorry Everybody".

5. Boston could well be a target
If I were an actual enemy of the USA and wanted to hurt it long range, as badly as possible, I'd take out MIT. (And Cal Tech.)

But Chinese terrorists targeting Boston makes no sense to me. For one thing, MIT has a boatload of Chinese students, most of whom are expected to go back to China and help clean our economic clock.

7. Not to mention a very large native Chinese population there.
Anyway, it's pretty absurd on the face of it. I was in China when we bombed the Chinese Embassey in Bosnia....except for a government sponsered demonstration in Guangzhou, I saw no overt acts of hostility to Americans, certainly not to me. They like Americans, they loved Bill Clinton, they don't like Bush....they've seen enough fascists/dictators in their time to know one when they see one.

This really bothers me. There is a much bigger game afoot and it has to do with:

(1) Making China the bad guy - they're not playing by the PNAC rules. I'll be watching to see how Pravda, I mean the republican corporate media play this story over the next few days.
(2) Creating more fear and divisions in the USA.
(3) Going after a Democratic stronghold.

This whole thing stinks. If a bomb goes off....what evidence will we have that it was the Chinese who did it?

And again, why not Houston???? If it's a war for oil, why not take the fight to the oiliest place in America?

6. This is to short-curcuit the Chinese take over of our place in power
I am nearly certian it is 100% Rovian BS. Venezuela made an exclusive oil deal with China and we are going to play the ever-popular-Americans-fall-for-it-every-time terrorist card.

Americans must be the most stupid people on the planet.
