What will become *'s "Watergate?"
As the scandals pile up, what do you think will be the one scandal that finally brings down the whole insane debacle known as the * administration? Either choose from this list or name your own:

No WMDs found
Cheney's secret energy meetings
Bush's ties to Ken Lay
Halliburton contracts
Valerie Plame leak
Diebold et. al. e-scams
Armstrong Williams
Pre-9/11 intelligence failure
Scalia duck hunt
Abu Ghraib / Guantanamo
Battery pack during debates
(or choose your own scandal)

2. I predict impeachment for violating the War Powers Act
sometime after the invasion of Iran has started assuming we gain any seats at all in the 2006 mid-terms.

3. All those things would be likely candidates
if only we did not have a lapdog Congress. They'll shut down any inquiry into anything.

5. Without decent investigative reporting
bush could have a rendezvous with an intern and it wouldn't matter.

And really, folks, it gets no worse than a rendezvous with an intern.

8. Not one damned thing. History books are already being written
about his glorious reign. There is no democratic majority in any seat of power, and *²'s flunkies are NOT going to take him down. He could hack laura & Mz Beasley to pieces with a machete ....on the Today Show" and he would still "get a pass".:(

We must just endure, and start getting as many democrats as possible to re-register as REPUBLICANS (where repubes are in charge of the registrar's office or sec of state) . Ballots are handled more carefully if they think it's "one of theirs".

People who did not vote this last time should be at the top of the list for "people to GET registered".. About 6 weeks after turning in the registration forms, a follow up visit/call/website visit should be made and DOCUMENTED...

There should be NO REASON for any "provisional" ballots next time around. We should have realized that it was a pipe dream, designed to lull people into thinking their vote would eventually count..

9. It started with Agnew going down. Cheney?
I just found these on Frank Lautenburg's site, the first was labeled "new".

They are pdf's:

10. If it hasn't happened by now...
I have a great deal of fear for what it might be. And it probably would take a hell of a lot in order to get rid of these people.
