Freakers: "Abu Ghraib Abuse Due to Homo's"

Forgive me for looking at that sight, but it appears that some of the Freaks are upset about this female soldiers story about the abuse at Abu Ghraib. Here's the link to that story:

Here are some choice snippets from the freaks

What this story conveniently buries way down in the body of the story is that the soldier in question is a practicing lesbian. She was shown prominently on 20/20 holding hands and cuddling with her "partner". Doesn't that mean she can now be prosecuted for violating the "Don't ask, Don't Tell" policy as well?

I'll continue to monitor, but will leave the idiocy over there in the future. That being said I think that we need some Dems that are willing to get down in the mud and fight dirty with these "ass pickles".

All they've done for the past 20 years, ever since Reagan really, is lob concussion grenades at Dems. All we've done for the past 20 years is quietly pick up the pieces and ask them to be nicer next time.

In other words, "go ahead and fuck me up the ass, but please at least give me a reach-around". Hell! Now we're not even getting the "reach-around".

I mean, I appreciate the thread in an abstract sort of way...keeping tabs on your enemies, yadda, yadda, yadda....

but at times (not necessarily this thread, but lots of threads that quote freeperville), there seems an almost prurient interest in their goings on....and they simply don't merit that amount of interest. Disgust, yes, interest, no.

It reminds me of "the burning bed" a made for TV movie with Farrah Fawcett about an abused wife who set her hubby on fire....mmmmkay...except I remember trying to watch it and found it spent a disgusting amount of time concentrating on realistically portraying the abuse...scene after scene of us watching her treated like a dog and beaten, over and over again...I finally changed the channel.
I mean, to call attention to the abuse, fine. To portray the abuse to that extent almost glorified it in a bizarro twisted way.
