for that shall be the last question you will ever hear from them. He has a way of making the reporters with real questions "disappear" all too often.

Where is Helen Thomas? She hasn't asked a question for years has she?

He often employs it at the end of particulary long and (for him) complex sentance to show how pleased he is with himself.
