7. There are too many troops on the streets at the moment
as soon as the election is over and the troops go back to there fortified barracks, then watch out because it will be pay back time.

we don't want to become the enemy. that's the administration's job. best case scenario: the elections go well and they tell us to leave. then the shrub's bluff will be called.

6. agreed
I don't care who they elect. This would be a good time to declare victory and run for the hills. I'm skeptical this will happen though because they built all these military bases there and they seem like a permanent solution to me. So my guess is the elections result in our puppet winning and he asks us to stay for a looooooong time.
