Yes, we all know why many military families get angry at the criticism and try to support and find something good in something bad. We all have sympathy for you.

Sympathy and wanting it to be right won't ever make it so...

1. and it's not just "your children" either.
It's our children too. And our brothers and sisters and parents. And not just soldiers but honest dutiful people who believe in America and who follow leadership out of duty and idealism, trusting that leadership to be honest and of the highest integrity.

It is American citizens who have committed to the ideals of America, and in this fucking war for oil you have sent them to a country to die and to do deeds that will change them forever for a pack of pathetic lies and you sleep well at night while a hundred thousand Iraqi civilians rot in the ground. Children. Brothers. Sisters. Cousins. Parents. Grandparents.

2. you CAN put lipstick on a pig, but it still ain't pretty
if my own son died over there in vain for these fuckers, i still could not justify it in my mind. dying in vain is acceptable now.

3. Not all of them
The freepers I know of draft age and with children wouldn't hesitate to get THEMSELVES or THEIRS out of harm's way. To them, other people can go die for Bush*.
