Rumsfeld's pin reminded me.. what's the inscription on **'s wedding ring?

I saw a picture somewhere - may have been on sorryeverybody.com - where the ring was enlarged & highlighted. There is definitely something inscribed on it, but I couldn't read it. Haven't been able to find anything on it anywhere else.

I'm sure it's some sort of marriage vow thing, but it creeped me out for some reason. Most likely because it was on his hand.

On a side note, I see he's got his fingers crossed. Must be saying "...and American and the world are safer today..."

Or maybe he's just playing Rock / Paper / Scissors with himself - and losing.
