85. Dean 's retort to Lieberman was EXCELLENT!! And where does
Lieberman get off with "forgetting" that Clinton always pushed the concept of "honest broker." It's not a NEW idea...Of course, the question was framed to push the direction toward "do you mean shouldn't be a friend of Israel?"

Dean seems to be speaking very well tonight...less swallowing of his words.....

74. Lieberman's campaign has now been officially sacrificed on the ABD altar.
Anybody But Dean.

Well, the spoiler role suits Joe well. He sure smells the part.

76. Man, what a bullshit question
Gee Juan, way to make Dean look like a racist for his gun control views. What a bullshit, loaded question.

77. Not watching (don't get Fox) but it seems for your descriptions that
Fox is featuring Dems destroying Dems----and that's a great victory for who?? (does the name start with B and end with "ush"?). I think they are making sure anyone who is a real threat to Bush doesn't get much airtime. That should tell you who Bush WANTS as an opponent.

80. What is Juan Williams trying to pull with that gun control question?
He asks Moseley-Braun "Howard Dean says that white states like Montana don't need gun control, but black urban areas like Baltimore and Washington DC do." That is such a mischaracterization!

86. Edwards on vouchers:
I'm opposed, always has been.
Pres. is leaving millions of children behind. Still have two separate public school systems. (Haves & have nots.) I wouldn't be standing here today w/o great public schools. Pay teachers more. *applause* Make college available to anyone willing to work for it. *more applause*

They're obviously designed to split the Dem base, particularly minorities.

92. Dean kicked ass on that question
about Dean not getting black voters because he's from VT.

"If that were true, then Trent Lott would be Martin Luther King" Huge applause.

Also was able to refute the gun control question.

He hit that one OUT OF THE PARK, in my opinion.

93. ROCK ON, DEAN!!!
That was a great line.

Since when do the other frontrunners have such great African American followings?

Sick of the dissing him because of Vermont.

Dean is great with African Americans - I've seen this. And they know it. So bogus to keep bringing this up.

94. Dean: "If the percentage of minority voters... Trent Lott would be MLK!"
And outstanding line in rebuttal to why he, even though he's from VT,
can connect with minority voters. And he went on to his "White
people need to talk to other white people about race" line.

in the cities.

Disruption in the audience now... Glad the moderators suspended action on the stage during the disruption.
