For those that blame Clinton for not getting Bin Laden
Here's a thought for you to ponder:

Of course if Bin Laden was dead 9/11 wouldn't have happened. (as we have been told he is the "mastermind"...and still mysteriously on the loose even though Cowboy "dead or alive" Bush hasn't found him)

But what about Saddam?? Why don't you blame the whole Iraq war we have today AND 9/11 on George H W Bush? If he would have got Saddam when he had the chance(oooh damn him) then not only wouldn't there be a mess today in Iraq-then also, since you all BELIEVE that Saddam was responsible for 9/11- it's obviously all Dubya's Daddy's fault!

You guys are so slow.

12. Absolutely preaching to the choir!
It's amazing to me that one of the Repug's favorite talking points is that Clinton did nothing about terrorism, and that 9/11 is his fault!

I get so angry when I hear them lie like that, I'm always afraid I'm going to stroke out!

Clinton freakin signed an executive order authorizing US forces to kill bin Laden.

Moreover, he used our military to target Al Qaeda training camps.

And it was President Bill Clinton who, during the millenium threat, made people like the CIA and FBI Directors come to the White House EVERY DAY to help shake the trees and report what was being done within their various departments; what information they were learning. And as a result, we were not attacked then. Under Clinton's leadership, we went to battle stations.

2. Or if Clinton would have killed Bin Laden...
... the Iraqi people wouldn't be "free" right now. If Clinton would have killed Bin Laden (which I don't believe he actually had the chance) 9/11 wouldn't have happened. If 9/11 wouldn't have happened, we wouldn't have invaded Iraq. Just think of all those happy Iraqis that are "free" now because of Clinton.

16. I hear it was some "formation flying" family that had their last shows
in September of 2001. They left the US after barnstorming around the country.

5. Sad when things are so bad that
even Daddy looks smart. They knew back then we couldn't afford to occupy Iraq, and they knew the American people wouldn't stand for it. They needed their "Pearl Harbor" to get the people behind them. Lucky for Jr. he hit the "trifecta". The smarmy bastard.

6. I actually had some moron tell me the invasion of Iraq was Clinton's fault
"If Clinton had done his job, bush wouldn't have had to go to war with Iraq."

These drones will blame anyone but the great w.

The invasion of Iraq, the debacle, the lies, and all the bloodshed and damage to the world, and our nation's good name and trust, and our economy, and our society, are the direct result of one person's actions, and one person alone - george w. bush. This whole thing was of his creation and at his insistence. He ordered it. He and he alone.

No spin or diversion will ever change it or make the masses, here and world wide, forget it.

And I agree with the earlier poster who said you maybe preaching to the chior. I am too.

:D

7. Clinton did go after Bin Laden
Clinton bombed places where he was suspected to be, and sent special forces teams after him. Clinton hardly had the blank check Bush had to go after Bin Laden.

8. It Is Worth Noting, Sir
That when President Clinton did make attempts at this, he was roundly denounced as "wagging the dog" and trying only to distract from the Republicans' scandal peddling, by exactly the same people who now like to complain he did not do enough....

13. Getting Saddam was the incorrect move.
Bush has FAILED in pursuing and capturing Bin Laden, the man who planned and carried out the 9-11 attacks.

Instead, Bush and the oil barons wanted on top of that oil in Iraq.

Saddam was not a threat to this country. The whole world told Bush but Bush ignored the FACTS.

15. Bin Laden was in Crawford
Wake up. Bin Laden has been and if alive is still working for CIA (Ben Lawson). Saddam was also incahoots with the chimps father as a
buffer for the Saudi's. It is all a fabrication for sheep to go along with the big oil grap (PNAC)
