Sherry Conable flashes a peace sign to supporters after addressing the The Santa Cruz City Council as it considered a measure asking Congress to impeach President Bush (news - web sites) inside City Hall in Santa Cruz, Calif., on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2003. The council passed the measure.
