just a shadow of a bit of the freaking ugly nasty crap hole we've turned this **cking farce into. It was so discouraging to watch all the mass media in America rooting Bush on like a barely knocked up cheerleader rooting for the star quarterback.

one soldier says that morale has now dropped.

In middle America, doubt and questions now sit beside the flags

they just showed a truck with "one weekend a month my ass written it"

Financially, this bad for families, people are losing money. The way Bush and the Pentagon has handled this is poor, wives are pissed

calling their husbands in Iraq to tell them that they heard on the news that their tours were extended, because no one in this dysfunctional mess bothered to tell the soldiers!

Kennedy: you mean the president didn't say it was over on that carrier?

Martha Raddatz: there is concern that this could hurt recruitng (extended tours in Iraq for the guard & reserve)
