First, they shouldn't need to poll their audience on whether or not they should cover actual news. It's news. It's important news. Cover it.

Second, they did everything they could to bury the question and get a low response. "Who is Jeff Gannon?" is so vague that anyone not already aware of this story (ie- people who need "news") would never ask for more information on the subject.

The choice is buried at the bottom to boot.

this thread, I was wondering what I missed about the Dean question. I don't want to know more about Dean the way they'll spin it. But I would like to know more about Dean's demand for an apology! Gannon up to 90%!

You know they'll try to screw Dean over this way.

Whenever the MSM discusses Dean they always go into the "well, some Democrats say..." mode. I'd rather hear more about the changes he's making but I doubt the MSM will look at that angle. I'm a big Dean fan but I opted 'no' here.

The underlying purpose of this poll for MSNBC is for the Gannon question only. The other questions are just fodder. MSNBC is so pathetic that they need to get their viewers' permission and encouragment to cover a story that's completely newsworthy to begin with.
