All the posts on Gannon and no mentionof Bushs Terror alerts!
the papers are mentioning that the entire Administration in unison are crying WOLF loud and clear again.

This Gannon fiasco must be close to breaking wide open for Bush to start screaming terror alert.

2. at least that's what we heard on the morning news...
..but that quickly faded and lapsed into
GANNONMANIA!

Sorry, but some things are more important than fake terralerts...;)

3. Nahhhhh...
I'm with you both in spirit,
but seeing & hearing is believeing
with this WH.

When the Gannon story blows up, then
hopefully it will really blow up.

Keep your powder dry.

4. What I'm saying is, Bush has succeeded in keeping the press at bay
by changing the terror alert level (that will be next) and insisting we are not safe, we are not safe, we are not safe, and the media will dutifully discard the Gannon story and tell all America that we will be under attack again by evil-doers and Bush will be resting comfortably in the Oval Office with his photo-spread of Gannon in the buff.

5. I Hear Yuh...
But the media is not so much distracted
as I think they're happy playing distracted,
giving themselves a way not to cover Gannon
and other Bush scumbaggery.

Then there's outright RWing "news" coverage
ala Faux and Sinclair that simply promote
the GOP and don;t hide it either.

So it's hard thinking the MSM is distracted.

Give them no credit, my friend.

The night of November 2nd, 2004, when Rove needed some computer help.

The boy has cried wolf sooooo many times (hell, I'm old enough to remember when he said we had to invade iraq because they were about to attack us), that no one listens anymore.

11. DUers automatically knew there would be Terra Alerts
Edited on Thu Feb-17-05 08:54 PM by SpiralHawk
as the "jeff Gannon" saga heated up, so I think none of us paid attention.

Now if there were no Terra Alerts at this juncture, I think most DUers would find that abnormal BushCo behavior.

Doublespeak. Doublethink. Doubleplusungood.
