Edited on Fri Feb-18-05 10:47 AM by Hissyspit
Sorry if this is a dupe, but I couldn't find it anywhere else as its own posting; someone mentioned it in a thread here - it's at americablog, dailykos, too.

Not for Jeff, though. Much like Profumo Scandal in Britain wouldn't it be delicious if they got hoisted on their own Pitard? Namely, SEX!

4. sure as heck looks like man-ho
so I assume that the wh actually keeps a log of who was granted daily access. I'm sure it would be no problem at all for them to clear this up. Maybe somebody with non-fraudulent press access to the white house ought to ask scotty some real questions, huh?

11. Fourth row, center--Gannon's seat
It was mentioned earlier--couldn't possibly find it now--that Gannon had a seat in the fourth row. Count the rows, there he is.

15. Whoa, if that's him it's just one day after his last "review"
I just posted this here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=104x3136652

This is from the Conservative Monitor, which I had never heard of before, but it's the first article I can find from him.

THE 2002 ELECTION MANDATE (November 12, 2002)
Jeff Gannon / -- The mainstream media is full of talking heads claiming the recent elections, although swept by the Republicans, is no mandate. I disagree. Every election is a mandate. Americans express their will by casting their votes and in many cases, withholding them.
This election was a clearly a referendum on George W. Bush. The President took the issues of homeland security, Iraq, social security, prescription drugs and the economy directly to the people when he asked them to elect Congressmen and Senators who would support his initiatives in these matters.

Voters responded by defying midterm election history, returning the Senate to a Republican majority and expanding the House majority held since 1994.

Three days after the American election, the UN Security Council voted 15-0 in favor of a resolution for disarming Iraq. The following Monday, Saddam Hussein called an emergency meeting of the Iraqi Parliament to decide how to respond. The United Nations and Saddam Hussein recognize this as a mandate.

Okay, so who owns the Conservative Monitor and why did they give this unknown writer a forum.

On Edit: This is the same day that Spaceman gave Jeff Gannon his last review. Is this a coincidence? Well, I doubt it.

"The most recent review is from 11/12/2002, from a man named Spaceman."

16. It makes sense.
JeffJames GannonGuckert owned/operated an court reporting and secretarial services company based in Delaware.
At the time, ANYBODY could put up a sign and claim to be a court reporter and since there were rules or regulations pertaining to conduct, they could be as sleazy and crooked as they wanted to be.

This is probably how GannonGuckert got hired by GOPUSA.
GOPUSA probably claimed that he was using his court reporting skills to the betterment of their organization.

However, on the first of November 2002, Delaware instituted a code of conduct for court reporters who had registered their firms in that state. That means that GannonGuckert could no longer legally claim to be a court reporter and desperately needed a new gig.

I managed to find GOPUSA News articles attributed to GannonGuckert as far back as January 15 2003 which would be two months after he lost the right to present himself as a Delaware-based court reporter.

The way I see it,
if that is indeed GannonGuckert in the White House, then he and GOPUSA had damn well better not breathe a word about the court reporting because that opens them up to prosecution in Delaware.
November 1, 2002 was the cut-off date.
