Trickle Down Economics vs Class Action Lawsuits
Wouldn't they have the same basic economic effect?

With Trickle Down money is given to those who have "earned it" so they can spend it on various things, thereby dumping money into the economy. The money they spend of goods allow employers to hire more employees who in turn make more money, etc.

With Class Action Lawsuits money is given to those who earned it by being harmed by a companies negligence. The settlements they receive will then be dumped into the economy providing the same effect as Trickle Down.

Both work to put money into the market and provide for a stronger economy so why are the Repukes against it?

1. trickle down is a hoax
the numbers show the opposite has happened; the wealthier you are the more wealthy you have become in the past few decades, up to several 100%. While minimum wage remained the same and uncompensated for inflation, and the so-called middle class now lives one month salary away from bankrupcy.

That's why the RW elites love it: we buy into it and they get what they want.

2. I know it is a hoax.
The basic idea behind it is that the poor survive on the table scraps of the wealthy. So the best way to help the poor is to give the rich bigger meals.

I was just pointing out the the two have the same economic effect. The Class Action Lawsuits probably even have a more positive effect.

4. Pre-sellout Holy Joe put it this way (circa 2000)
{Republicans are convinced} that the best way to feed the birds is to give more oats to the horse!
