Don't real suicides leave notes? I hope someone has the courage to investigate this.

Many suicides don't leave a note. Suicide is actually a very selfish end and by leaving a note you give loved ones an explanation for this course of action and in many cases that is not the case. Many family members of people who commit suicide live their lives not knowing and wondering if they could have done anything to help.

Too many suicides on our side.

and that his family wants his privacy respected.

As I posted in LBN, it is a great loss but not news that particularly surprises me. The Gonzo man lived life on his own terms at all times. It is only fitting that he died on his own terms. I do find it very sad that Juan had to find the body. RIP, Hunter.

His 100% support for the 2nd amendment always impressed me. A good liberal with common sense, respect for the constitution and offering support for us to own weapons.

I suspect that the hard, keen edge of his life caught up with him. This brave new world is the antithesis of what he lived and breathed. He probably said, "fuck it".....
