I swear, when my grandmother died nine years ago at the age of 87 she had a suit exactly like the one Pickles is wearing in the photo. It was left over from my grandmother's more active days - 20 years before. And just for the record - my grandmother could wear it with more flair and elan than Pickles ever hopes to emulate. Either you have style and panache or you don't - and Pickles and the twins will never have it no matter how much they dressed them up, smear petroleum jelly on a lens and hope for good light - they look like low rent street walkers.

There is nothing wrong with Laura's suit - She will never never be a trend setter like Jackie, but there is nothing inappropriate here or not presentable here. In fact, it was not that different from clothes Hillary wore. The Cheneys at Auschwitz were clearly in bad taste and it made sense to say so. Their dress was utterly inappropriate - at least they could have removed the lift passes.

Why waste time and credibility criticizing things that don't matter when it is Bush's policies and behavior that need criticizing. Because I was offended when the RW criticized both Teresa and Elizabeth Edward's for their appearances, it bothers me to see people here doing the same thing.

Do we really want the comparison between us and them to be that John and Teresa would have been a far more attractive, stylish couple? Although, I think that is true I bet both of them would rather the comparison be on policies on thing like war, peace, environment, health insurance ....

The suit Jackie was wearing when JFK was killed had pockets at the waist very flattering because she was a size 6. This fashion dog bowl is a flop as Laura at a size 14 can not pull this off. It draws the eye to her biggest figure flaw her hip area.

The color is not appropriate for February in Europe black or navy would have been much better. The fabric is shite as well it looks like a couch at a Holiday Inn.

Just insipid. The jacket & skirt length are unflattering. Yes, pink was the "in" color a few months ago--but a darker color would suit her coloring & figure type better.
