Zero brains requred. Zero tolerance means you don't have to differentiate between a spitball and an automatic weapon.

Treat them equally and make sure they grow up with utter contempt for authority.

6. Better yet, where is justice without fairness...
thrown in, in addition to being innocent before being proven guilty? I find zero tolerance rules to be, well, untolerable, to put it simply, its stupid and worst of all, simplistic.
