RALL: BLOGGERS SUCK (YAHOO NEWS)
When I saw this, I TOTALLY TURNED RED. We do not suck and we've been keeping the stories moving unlike the Main Stream Media who is REFUSING TO DO THEIR JOB.

Keep going everyone, sooner or later this administration and media are going to be exposed for the losers and criminals they are.

Waiting for the IMPEACHMENT WHILE THE SCANDALS KEEP UNFOLDING

RALL: BLOGGERS SUCK (YAHOO NEWS)
Many bloggers are uneducated and have nothing interesting to say, writes Ted Rall. They don't have sources, they don't report, and no one holds them accountable when they make mistakes or flat-out lie.

3. Tom tomrrow takes a similar tack, despite being a blogger
The problem with non-traditional methods towards reaching an audience is that people who have used traditional methods feel cheated. In other words both Rall and Tomorrow have gone through hard times trying to get their comic strips off the ground--they finally succeeded, and can now reach an audience. So why should they have to compete on the internet with guys who (in their mind) never paid their dues.

Plus there is a germ of truth in the idea that Bloggers (and I am one) aren't really accountable to anybody but their audience. If I have a largely liberal audience and I tell them things that sound likeley from our shared viewpoint, it might not matter whether they are true or not. Or, to put it another way, I might not get caught.

But of course I would never do that. So check out my Blog --> http://politicalcomment.blogspot.com

4. I read the article, and it sounds more like a rant against RW blogs
which are exactly what Rall says they are--uneducated, unable to research the simplest things, and basically just regurgitations of the crap that the MSM shoves down our throats.

5. More projection from the right wing...

<snip>
They don't have sources, they don't report, and no one holds them accountable when they make mistakes or flat-out lie.
<snip>

Sounds like an accurate description of our mainstream media.

8. He says the right wing dominates the blogosphere.
Is this true? I don't waste my time seeking out that shit, so my impression of it is skewed left.

10. Exactly! Problem is that others like Howie Kurtz don't identify that it's
the Right Wing Bloggers that are blowhards who promote disinformation, misinformation and lies.

So the general public is left thinking that ALL Internet blogs are what they are talking about. IOW's Tar all Blogs with FreeRepuglic's trash and you then can discount the Internet News.

Rall's article is pretty good...

Probably not? :(

The mainstream media let Bush steal an election and lie his way into two wars. It allowed Condi Rice to be confirmed even though she got caught lying about the existence of Al Qaeda briefing papers given to her by the outgoing Clinton Administration. Lord knows the journalistic conglomerates need a firm boot in the butt, but the right-wing bloggers aren't ideologically inclined to deliver it.
