4. Take a page from KKKarl : Play the "volunteer army" clip out of context
Just edit out the part of the clip where he reverses himself, and post it far and wide on the internets.

This one was a gaffe. If you see the video, the minions are "shocked and awed", it would be quite humerous if not so sad that we have this idiot as chimp in chief.

After a pregnant pause, where he was expecting a scripted round of cheers, there were instead a few groans. * realized what he had done and made the correction.
