I am very pissed off at Army ads.
Every freaking where you see, whether it's TV or the Internet, there are those damn army ads!

I am sick and tired of seeing every dingle one of them! The "war" in Iraq is illegal and unjustified and those assholes at the military still put up these recruitment ads?

My head IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE!!!

1. It really gets me that they make it look so wonderful

High school senior comes to realization that she wants to help other people, so she joins the Army. Another one has finally figured out what he wants to do...the ARMY!

:wtf:

Hello! These kids know what's going on, they aren't interested in dying...recruitment is low, that's why the ads are everywhere.

3. Anybody see the Snowboarding Ad?
Un-Fucking -believable;

They have a bunch of guys SNOWBOARDING in the back country as if this activity would be what the typical infrantyman would be up too.

It might as well have been a feaking Mountain Dew commercial.

6. To survive in today's America...
... you must be immune from the evils of advertising, all kinds of advertising.

A quote from Bill Hicks would fit in well here, but I'll leave it out.

2. Don't worry, we'll have a legal war soon.
If the US and Germany agree re: Iran should not have nukes, then we all know that how we think the future will happen won't happen and we WILL have a legal war. The public has a very short term memory; had Kerry during the debates or more Dems during election 2004 remind the public of many more wrongs * had done, Kerry might have won. Even during the debates I'd been screaming at the telly for Kerry to respond to *'s flip-flip claims that prove * to be a flip-flopper by a factor of 10. Kerry chose not to show * as a two-faced flip-floppy liar. And his quick stepping down the day after the election proved him TO be an ultimate flip-flopper as Kerry said during the election about fighting and not quitting and other things.

5. Yeah...have you noticed the surge of
video games lately that are war based? Get the kids to think it's cool, then get them to do it for real. Of course, in real life, when the game is over, it's REALLY over.
