The Electoral ERROR College. I made this new thing, I used the Electoral Vote Predictor and compared it to a map of Electoral Vote Incidents and Bush is rightly the President... of the voting glitches.

Your numbers are as incorrect as is the fact that the weed was named president again.

Why is this posted here and not 2004 election results where folks with all of the resources at their finger tips can properly counter your assertion?

Are you noting the errors? Your post is very confusing.
