10. Bush had to "reapply" for his job with F911 in all the theaters
He used an example of Bush working at the Gap, started with a surplus and ended up with a $70 billion deficit and still got to keep his job. He also references starting a war with another company - I didn't catch all of that. Crowd reaction was decidedly appreciative.

11. An example ...

Bush is a genius. I mean think about it. He was basically reapplying for his job last year at the same time a movie was being played all across the country showing what a crappy job he did. He got into office and we had a surplus. Now, we're like 70 trillion dollars in debt. Now let's say you worked at the GAP. You're closing out at the end of the day, and your register comes up 70 trillion dollars short. You're gonna get in trouble over that. Not Bush. No, he figured out a way to keep his job.

He then went into a similar bit about you working at the GAP and starting a war with Banana Republic because they're selling toxic tank tops, but then after a thousand employees are killed, you figure out Banana Republic doesn't even sell tank tops.

Good stuff.

13. He said we had a surplus and now there's trillions in deficits -
Said what if Bush worked at the Gap - if he had trillions in deficits in his cash drawer at the Gap, he'd be in trouble. And then if he started a pre-emptive war against Banana Republic, he'd be in even more trouble. There'd be 1000 dead Gap employees, and nothing to show for it.

It was pretty biting.

14. He said. . .
. . .that he is was not going to slam Bush but then said Bush is the only man he knows in the world who could have a movie playing in every theatre in the country showing how much he sucked at his job and then get rehired.

He also said that if Bush were working at the GAP with a $70 billion surplus in the cash register and then came up short he would be fired. . .LOL

And then he talked about Bush working for the GAP and starting a war with Banana Republic because they were making toxic tank tops and then finding out they never made tank tops.

43. Robin Williams was censored
I believe that's the reason he walked out with tape on his mouth. Apparently they told him he had to cut out the references to James Dobson and Focus on the Family from his skit.

After all, all he did was to tell the truth.

But, then again, the truth has become a partisan tool, hasn't it.

Real drama: Will Chris Rock?
BY JOE NEUMAIER
DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER

LOS ANGELES - Forget the drama over whether Martin Scorsese will finally get an Oscar, or if Hilary Swank will win her second one.
The biggest drama surrounding tonight's Academy Awards telecast, airing at 8:30, is: What will host Chris Rock say? "Rock is going to energize the show, and that's exactly what it needs - a shock to the system," says movie historian Damien Bona, author of "Inside Oscar."

"And for all the gnashing of teeth and worrying that's being heard in some quarters, Rock is part of a long tradition," Bona adds. "A great Oscar host is someone wry and acerbic. That's what Johnny Carson was. Billy Crystal, in the early '90s, was looked at as sort of hip for the show. And when Bob Hope first hosted in the late 1930s, he was the iconoclastic humorist in Hollywood at that time, and was always making fun of the Oscars."

There have been reports that Rock will use his opening monologue to get political, but Bona doesn't think it'll be enough to make the crowd at the Kodak Theatre uncomfortable. "He'll probably have some throwaway lines about George Bush, because some topical barbs are expected," says Bona. "I'm not sure he'll go on a tirade, though. Rock is a smart guy, and he knows he can't go too far."
