my 84 year old decorated WWII fighter pilot uncle has gone from being a hero to a gay marriage promoting, military hating scumbag. Wonder why he spent all those years building military jets for McDonnell-Douglas then?

These jerks are about to get their asses handed back to them! Nobody stand in their way.

I could still strangle Kerry with a smile on my face for not suing Regenery for libel the day that book came out. Think of what his lawyers could have done with subpoena power! Plus, the Smear Boaters would all be walking around clad in barrels, having paid every dime fighting the suit.

3. I think this may backfire on them

I was driving yesterday and turned on a local ABC news affiliate. ABC radio news gave a frank report on this matter that made the attack sound totally unfounded. It also clearly tied them in to the Kerry attacks. I think this tie-in will help people understand what a raw deal Kerry got.

6. For what it's worth

my 80+ year old grandfather DOES support the right for gays to marry - but he does so through other organizations than the AARP, that's for sure! Pretty sure his and Grandma's support for the AARP has to do with their stand on Social Security. That and the hotel discounts for when they go down to Florida.
