Novak is an Evil Child-Eating Demon. He consumes the ignorant RW child propaganda tool to absorb his youth and life-force. Stewart mimed Novak emerging from the depths of CNN, removing his human skin, and munching on the clueless kid (who by the way, was before that part of the segment, denying evidence of Richard Nixon's guilt in Watergate.) Genius.

Check here. He conceded that Bush's policies may just be working.

I still like him, and still watch his show. He didn't take any real opportunities with Ari Flescher tonight though... Crossfire seems like a distant past; he'll attack the pundits, but not the people with any actual (past or present) power.

I know he asked him about the lockdown on the press, but he didn't 'hold his feet to the fire.' Not his job, I know, but he's just so good at it when he does.

but Jon took him to other vistas. "Bush has control... isn't the media the last check and balance?". Then made him promise to come back!

I wish Jon had another fifteen minutes with him... no telling WHAT we would have found out!

22. I wish he would have pressed Ari more about Gannon...
other than that one tossed-aside joke question about "Where there any male escorts there?" when Fleischer talked about *'s "mini press conference" with the CIA.

But other than that... I have no complaints.

Since Gannon asked his "divorced from reality" question, I've been keeping a videotape of all the Corporate Media televised mentions of this story, and this episode will be a nice add.

That said, I agree with above posters that liked the "Ted Hitler" episode better (also on my Gannon Fodder tape).

were trying to downplay their respective candidate in order to win the debate after the fact... by lowering expectations
