Predict the February Jobs Report

Predict the February Jobs Report
The Bureau of Labor Statistics will release its monthly Employment Situation Report tomorrow, at 7:30am CST.

The street is predicting that 210k jobs were created in February, and that the unemployment rate edged up to 5.3%.

Last month, a similar projection was made, and only 146k jobs were created. I see no reason why their prediction would be any more founded this month, and economists have been consistantly predicting higher numbers than have actually come for several months now, leading me to believe their models are flawed.

My prediction is 160k jobs created, and unemployment staying at 5.2%.

last month accounted for 21,000 of the 146,000 jobs created.

4. Slight increase in jobs created, decrease in unemployment
followed several weeks later by an "Oops. We goofed." statement which will go unnoticed.

They make revisions on the previous two months.
