Should the DNC run an ad campaign promoting Dem's in Congress as
a check against one party rule in Washington? Identifying multiple problems which are not being investigated because the Republicans in Congress refuse to do their JOB.

Many, many people LIKE the idea of different branches of Government being controlled by different parties because they keep each other in check.

You know - the whole genius of the Founding Fathers in the Constitution's "Checks and Balances" which is NO longer in effect.

"What happened to the US taxpayers missing $9 billion in Iraq?" We'll never know because the Republican Congress refuses to investigate.

"How many supposedly independent journalists are being paid by the Government to promote the Government's policies? We'll never know because the Republican Congress refuses to investigate.

We currently have one-party control in Washington which means we have no accountability in our Government.

There are a lot of ticket splitters and people who hate Congress but like their Congressperson. We need to give them a broad reason to vote out the Republicans.

Agree or not?

3. There are so many things we could point out . I think we could
have some kick ass 30 and 60 second ads that could be used everywhere and especially pushed in blue/vulnerable Republican House and Senate areas.

I think we should run this kind of ad against the Republican Senators from blue states where most people don't like Bush but have some moderate Republican who tows the party line.

Run them in Rhode Island, Maine, Pennsylvania, etc. You could personalize it to point out Chaffee's and Snowe's votes to cover for BushCo.
