Real Time with Bill Maher returns with a new edition Friday, March 4 at 11 pm.

This week, Bill's roundtable guests include actor/comedian Dave Foley, former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno and former NIH administrator Bernadine Healy. Plus, Whoopi Goldberg via satellite, and Ward Churchill and Michael Faughnan.

This week's Hot Topic: a judge has ruled that accused "dirty bomber" Jose Padilla (detained as an "enemy combatant" since 2002), must either be charged with a crime or released within 45 days. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales maintains that the United State has the right to hold suspects in the war on terrorism "for the duration of hostilities."
