1. All of the way back to the Crusades and the witch hunts, the method of
public confession has been use to prove that the actions of the ruling government were correct and for the common good.. a justification for a wrong!

6. Yes. Videotaping of Prisoners of war is against the GC.
Of course abiding by the geneva convention is not something this administration feels it has to do...
