Hannity Message Board hacked!

Sean Hannity's Message Board was hacked at around noon today.

Although at first, the conservatives there accused "liberals" of doing it, it appears to have been hacked by a right wing anti-Semite.

Don't flame me for reporting this, I think it's a pretty fair board, considering, and there are a LOT of Democrats there. Nothing like Free Republic.

I was there at the time. All of the threads disappeared, and a thread appeared spouting how Bush has sole America out by helping the Jews. Nasty stuff.

He even had the nerve to show up and start posting after the board got straightened out. Just another white power idiot. He didn't last 5 minutes.

with different kinds of people. I have learned there that there are many different kinds of liberals and conservatives. Some are pretty cool, and are conservative only on tax issues, for example. Some are just internet tough guys who want to nuke everybody. Some are middle of the road, and would have voted for a Democrat, except they didn't like Kerry, for one reason or another.

There are a lot of conservatives there who would vote for John Warner, for example, but not Hillary.

Look at it this way. DU is sort of an activist Democratic club, Hannity is more of a debating club. It's a little slanted toward conservatives, but not to an overwhelming degree.

I avoid the morons, it's easy to do there. There are also a lot of Democrats there that are good debaters. It can be a good place to pit your ideas against the other side. How else are you going to learn the flaws and strengths of your arguments?

Talking about your "experience" there, exactly how much have you had? I will admit, the first time you go there and see some of the thread titles, it can give you a bad impression. It sounds like that is what happened to you.

He doesn't post there. A moderator once posted that if Hannity ever actually read the board, he'd shut it down in two minutes.

I do, however, have a problem with people who insult people of BOTH parties without a shred of evidence, just because they debate on a certain website.

... I can't bear to give any kind of support whatsoever to Hannity. It is, after all, his message board or at least under his auspices.

So many forums on the 'Net wherein people at either end and in the middle of the political spectrum can meet and debate, so why give Hannity the ego strokes? He's a smarmy, self-righteous, pompous, idiotic creep. I absolutely detest his personality.

Sorry, I can't give any names of other forums, because DU is where I see the most outrageous, intelligent, and enlightening arguments and I just don't have time or the inclination to go elsewhere. Lots of room for debate here. Hang around for a year and you'll see some doozies. We aren't all just a bunch of nodding ninnies like Free Republic's contributors.
