Have we forgotten?

There were assassination attempts against Daschle and Leahy, and the American People have completely forgotten about it. But if somebody looks at Bush the wrong way they can be in some serious trouble.

What is up with that?

1. I haven't forgotten.

I'm still furious that they have allowed that to go down unpunished. They know the anthrax came from a lab here in the US, yet, they say they can't seem to find out who stole it and used it. It makes conspiracy theories swirl in my head. Note there is no sarcasm in that last sentence. I'm serious. If they can tag our asses from space with lasers and use the echelon service to eavesdrop on our communications, you bet they know exactly who perpetrated those anthrax attacks. Why aren't they doing anything about it and why isn't anyone irate enough over it in the msm to research it or follow up?

3. Our brave and fearless "News Media" have made damn sure

that we have forgotten! Once again, the basic assumption "If it's important, it will be on The News" keeps us, as a nation, from knowing anything remotely derogatory to bu$hler.

All the Media Borg has to do is keep its mouth shut about a subject and Murka believes that subject does not exist.
