I was on C-SPAN's Washington Journal this morning!

during the debate on the congressional probe into steroids. I was the caller from Atlanta that said if Congress really wanted to probe unfair advantage in a profession they should focus on the press and look into the various payola schemes, and that Gannon/Guckert character iwtht he fake press credentials.

did anyone hear me?

Gee, not sucking up to you at all, you sounded "good" ... I noted you, in particular, because I love it when we keep pushing Gannon-gate in their faces.

Therefore, I made note when I heard your comments and smiled as soon as you mentioned "Gannon or Guckert having a WH press pass with an assumed name."

and i agree - we need to take every opportunity to launch gannon back into the public eye, lest the press get comfortable that the sheeple have forgotten.

I quite liked the call from the guy who agreed with the probe and said the Governator and dubya should testify too. I thought that was pretty funny.

Good call! Except for the first caller who was worried about getting back to Jesus (without really explaining how that was related to the topic), there were good callers this morning. And, there was a dearth of people who thought Congress should be looking into this for the first 20 minutes. Don't know what happened after that, 'cuz i left for work.

there were quite a few good calls. I thought that high school kid from Texas did really well too, with giving background. I got in right around 7:20 ish and there was only one call after me, so you pretty much caught everything.
