Need help...
finding the psych study, conducted back in the 1050's, concerning abuse of authority. Students were separated into "inmates" and "guards", the "guards" ending up abusing their status after a short bit of time. What was the name of that study? I am a case manager at a boy's "highly structured" residential facility and feel the need this study be a mandatory part of training for incoming floor personnel.

Those were dark times...prelude to the Crusades, and all that. Hell, history will probably look at this time in similar fashion!
